Callaloo Soup (GF)

This delicious soup is bright and satisfying, and my sister's favorite. It is a pureed spinach soup with onions, garlic, ginger, birds eye chili, chicken broth, clam broth, coconut milk, heavy cream, coriander, and cumin and brightened up with lime juice. This is not a vegetarian/vegan friendly dish.
