Around the World Dinner Club

Ali's Eats features rotating weekly menus featuring a different cultural cuisine one week, Soups and Salads on alternating weeks, and occasionally a Freezer Friendly/Freezer Sale menu every couple of months, where you can load up on items that are freezable for future meals.  Sign up for her mail list, or follow her on Facebook to find out when the menus are online and ready for ordering. You will have a window of time to place your order Saturday and Sunday prior and your pick up will be the following week on Thursday from 4-6 pm at her kitchen.  You can refer to the Food Event Calendar for dates and details. All meals are reheatable and come with reheat instructions.

Important Disclaimer:  During peak times on the site if there are multiple people placing an order at one time, the site has been know to sometimes not process an order.  It is a glitch in Square, that I can't seem to get resolved. It is important to check your email for a confirmation of your order.  If you have not received an email confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, odds are it did not go through and you will need to process it again

Thai Menu

Tom Kha Gai Soup

Thai Chicken Soup with a spicy coconut lime broth, with red peppers, carrots, onions, infused with garlic, ginger, lemongrass, Thai basil and cilantro.

Khao Soi

This Northern Thai dish influenced by their Burmese neighbors, is so rich and delicious.  Chilies, garlic, ginger, shallots, cilantro, curry, coriander and turmeric all pureed into a paste and cooked in chicken bone broth and coconut milk with tender pieces of chicken and served over fresh egg noodles.  Served with fried onions, cilantro, scallions and limes.


Pad Thai with Shrimp and Tofu

White Rice that has been stir fried with onions, bacon, carrots, scallions, egg, dried mango, toasted coconut, Thai light Soy Sauce, and Fish Sauce and garnished with cilantro.

Green Curry with Pork, Eggplant, Red Peppers, Onions, and Zucchini 

Authentic Green Curry made from scratch. Sauteed with eggplant, pork, red peppers onions and zucchini.

Vegetable Red Curry with Eggplant, Red Peppers, Onions, Bamboo Shoots, Carrots and Zucchini 

Authentic Spicy Red Coconut Curry sauteed with eggplant, red peppers, carrots , bamboo shoots, onions and zucchini.

Indian Menu

Chicken Korma 

(Contains Nuts/Gluten Free)

Chicken Korma is a traditional Indian dish that’s light and flavorful almond curry made with diced tomatoes, plenty of spices, coconut cream, and yogurt that is buttery and completely delicious.

  

Lamb Tikka Masala 

(Gluten Free)

Cubes of Indian spiced lamb marinated in yogurt and grilled, and tossed in a tomato curry coconut cream sauce.

 Butter Chicken  

(Gluten Free)

Chicken marinated in Indian spices and yogurt over night, and cooked in a butter tomato cream sauce infused with yogurt, heavy cream and spices.  

 

 Chana Masala 

(Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free)

A hearty chickpea and tomato dish that is cooked in warm Indian spices.

The triangular shaped flaky pastry filled with spicy potato and peas. Served with Cilantro Chutney and Tamarind Chutney

Moroccan Menu

Harira – Moroccan Tomato Soup with Chickpea and Lentils

A vegetarian version of a traditional Moroccan soup with tomatoes, chickpeas, lentils, carrots and celery infused with warm spices such as cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and lemons.

​

 

Moroccan  Lamb Stew

Slow braised lamb simmered with tomatoes, potatoes, chickpeas, dried apricots, carrots infused with Ras el Hanout, cinnamon, and all spice. 

​

 

Chicken Tangine

Bone -in skin on chicken thighs braised with onions and carrots, seasoned with ginger, coriander, cinnamon garlic and lemons with a hint a honey, and finished with green olives and cilantro.

​

 

Butternut Squash, Potato, Chickpea and Tomato Stew Topped with a Savory Lemon Yogurt Sauce on side

Butternut squash, potatoes, chickpeas, and tomatoes, simmered in a vegetable broth with cinnamon, cumin, and coriander.  Green olives and cilantro added at the end.  And you will be provided a side of a savory lemon yogurt to top your stew with if you choose.

Couscous with Orange Zest, Dried Cherries, Cilantro, and Pistachios

Couscous cooked in vegetable broth tossed with orange zest, dried cherries, Cilantro and Pistachios. 

​

 

Harissa Roasted Baby Carrots with Feta and Mint(served on the side)

Baby carrots tossed in harissa paste, lemon juice and cumin and roasted and topped with feta and mint.  Feta and mint will be provided on the side if you choose to just have the carrots alone.   

 

 

Moroccan Salad with Cilantro Orange Dressing

Spinach Salad with pistachios, dates, bulgur and orange slices tossed in a cilantro orange vinaigrette. Components will packaged separately for you to add to the salad at the time of serving.
