Ali's Favorite Things -- Online Store
This is an online store of my latest and greatest favorite finds. We purchase items in limited quantities and resale them through our store. Items will change out over time and will vary from delicious provisions to home goods and housewares, or occasionally homemade items. These are items that I discovered through my travels, Fancy Food Shows, or through other outlets of interest, or items that I can make in bulk and package them for purchase. If there are items you love and want me to keep in stock, please provide feedback at customer.support@aliseats.com. If I can acquire them, I will do so.

Pok Pok: Food and Stories from the Streets, Homes, and Roadside Restaurants of Thailand [A Cookbook]
The most comprehensive book about Thai food you will ever have. This was my most favorite restaurant in Portland before Covid claimed it and it shut down. Andy Ricker’s book reads like a reference list to all that you need for Thai food, it is part Travel Journal, and through recipes that are spectacular! My homemade green curry paste is a spin off of his recipe, where I modified mine to ba GF and Vegan. I also use is Phat Si Ew Recipe as an inspiration for mine. So many fun recipes to play with.
