Uncle Boris' Pepita Oil

Made in the EU, from hullless Austrian pumpkin seeds. A little of this hyper-dense oil goes a long way, and is loaded with umami and richness. This is liquid gold.  Suggested uses include dipping (bread, salt, vinegar) and drizzling (excellent on vanilla ice cream, particularly with a few pepita seeds on top). Amazing with sushi, great over salad or popcorn. This product may seem expensive, but once you try it, you will sell your belongings to get more! 150 ml.
