Moussaka

The ultimate comfort food of Greece. An eggplant and lamb casserole (similar to lasagna, but slices of eggplant replace the pasta) with ground lamb, onions and garlic cooked in cinnamon, oregano, and paprika, with tomato paste and red wine. It is layered between slices of roasted eggplant and feta, and topped with a bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese and baked. Small size is a 2 lb pan serves 2-4 people.  Large pan Serves 4-6 (5 lb. pan) 

You can reheat this covered in the oven at 350ûF for 20-25 minute or until heated through, or you can microwave individual portions in the microwave for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
