Beetroot, Goat Cheese, Orange slices and Candied Walnuts tossed in mixed greens, in a cilantro orange vinaigrette. Dressing, goat cheese and walnuts served on the side in separate containers. Vegan version served with Violife Feta instead of Goat Cheese.Serves 2.
