Beouf Bourguignon (GF)

Hearty dish from Burgundy, a French beef stew with chuck steak cooked to tender with carrots, bacon, gluten free flour,  pearl onions, mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste, red wine and cognac.  Infused with thyme and bay leaf.  1/2 Quart serves 1-2, Full Quart  serves 2-4 depending on appetite.
