Chicken Tagine (GF/Freezable)

Bone -in skin on chicken thighs braised with onions and carrots, seasoned with ginger, coriander, cinnamon garlic and lemons with a hint a honey, and finished with green olives and cilantro. The thighs are on the small side.  So I would gauge your portion as 2 thighs per person, to be safe.
