French Onion Soup (GFO)

A rich soup of caramelized onions with garlic, cognac, white wine, beef broth, chicken broth and thyme served with gruyere and homemade croutons on the side.  To reheat, just put soup in an oven save bowl, and add the croutons, and top with cheese and bake until heated through and cheese is brown and bubbly.

Dietary Restrictions: Gluten Free Option is GF Croutons on the side.
