Injera Bread -V/VG/GF/Freezable

A spongy Ethiopian flatbread that is a main staple in Ethiopian cuisine. it is not only a piece of bread but in Ethiopia it is also a utensil.  The eat with their hands and tear of a piece of this hearty, slightly sour bread to grab their food with and eat it. it is a fun way to eat.  It is made with Teff flour, a small amount of GF Flour, yeast, baking powder and apple cider vinegar for the tang. .  Two 9 inch rolls provided per order.
