Duba Wat (Ethiopian Spicy Pumpkin Stew)- V/VG/GF/Freezable

I use butternut squash for this dish. It is stewed in onion, garlic, berber spice, cardamom, and water.  It is a nice blended flavor of savory, sweet  and spice.
