Peruvian Chicken with Aji Sauce (GF)

This is one of my favorite chicken dishes of all times.  Chicken leg quarters are marinaded in a garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin and oregano, and then slow roasted. Served with an Aji Sauce which is a spicy creamy green sauce made of jalapeños, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice.  Serving options are 1 leg quarter or 2.
