7-inch French roll with pork butt that is marinated in soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and olive oil. Then pan seared and coated with a hoisin siracha glaze. Served with mayo, pickled carrots, cucumber, daikon, and shallots provided, and cilantro on the side to compile later. If you want a little more heat add Siracha.
