Kik Alicha (Ethiopian Yellow Slit Pea Stew)- V/VG/GF/Freezable

A vibrant and hearty yellow split pea stew cooked in onion, garlic, jalapeños, ginger, vegetable broth, onion and garlic powder, turmeric, coriander and cumin.  This is one of my favorites. It is a simple and yet, satisfying dish.
