Shiro Wat (Creamy Ethiopian Chickpea Stew)- V/VG/GF/Freezable

Made with Shiro powder, which is toasted chickpea flour, berbere spice, cardamom, cumin and garlic powder.  It is then added to sautéed onions, garlic and tomato paste and  then water is added for it to full hydrate and create a creamy texture.  Best served with injera or over rice.
