Tofu Bahn Mi Sandwich (V/VG/GFO)

7-inch French roll with tofu that is marinated in tamari, lime juice, garlic, ginger and olive oil. Then pan seared and coated with a hoisin siracha glaze. Served with vegan mayo, pickled carrots, cucumber, daikon, and shallots provided, and cilantro on the side to compile later. If you want a little more heat add Siracha.
