Layers of egg free  gluten free pasta with cremini mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, spinach, onions, garlic, basil, cashew cream and vegan parmesan and mozzarella. FREEZABLE

Portions: Small Tray is a 5 lb tray that feeds 4-6 pp. Large Tray is a Half Sheet Pan that feeds 8-12.  

Gluten free option: is with GF/Egg Free pasta that I make from scratch.
