Vegan Moussaka (V/VG/GF/Freezable)

Same ingredients at the regular Moussaka but diced zucchini, yellow squash and carrots replace the lamb in the dish topped with a Vegan Beschamel. Also vegan feta and parmesan will be layered in. Comes in a 2 lb pan serving 2 -4  portions. This item comes par-baked.

You can reheat this covered in the oven at 350˚F for 30 minutes or until heated through, or you can microwave individual portions in the microwave for 4-6 minutes until heated through.
