Vegetarian Moussaka (V/GF/Freezable)

Same ingredients at the regular Moussaka but diced zucchini, yellow squash and carrots replace the lamb in the dish topped with a Beschamel. Also  feta and parmesan will be layered in. Comes in a 2 lb pan serving 2-4 servings. This item is par-baked. 

You can reheat this covered in the oven at 350˚F for 30 minutes or until heated through, or you can microwave individual portions in the microwave for 4-6 minutes until heated through.
