Warmed Olives in Spices and Herbs (GF/V/VG)

This was one of my simple favorite dishes that was served to me. They always start your meal with olives in Morocco, but this one restaurant took a step further with warm olives in spices and herbs and it was amazing. An 8 oz container of mixed olives that have been sautŽed in olive oil, onions, garlic, cumin and smoked paprika spices, and finished with cilantro, parsley and thyme. Just warm in the microwave and serve.
